Program Descriptions

Discover Camp:

A spring program designed for first-time campers and their families to

experience a taste of camp together.

Main Camp: Climbers, Ramblers,

Outdoor Explorers

Main Camp youth live in cabins and eat in the Dining Hall while enjoying

camp activities. 

Rustic Camp: Pioneers,

Trail Blazers, Adventure Explosion

Rustic campers live in screened-in, tin roof cabins while cooking breakfast and supper over a fire.  Their week includes

time-honored camp activities. 

Adventure Camp: Highlanders 

Caring staff and friends encourage you as you explore adventure favorites such as rock climbing, the tree climb, and

backpacking on the Appalachian Trail!

Adventure Camp: High Country Explorers

Excitement awaits those who enjoy the

outdoors and search for challenge.  You will raft, cave, and climb Eagle’s Nest.

Choice Camp: Outdoor Explorers

A: Mystery Camp Hike, Canoeing/Swimming, Build Forts/Slide, Climbing Wall

B: Camp Trails Hike, Crafts, Nature Study, Field and Water Games

Choice Camp: Trail Blazers

A: Tree Climb, Compass Quest, Canoeing/Swimming, Mystery Camp Hike

B: Field and Water Sports, Nature Hike, Rock of Ages, Build Forts/Slide

Choice Camp: Adventure Explosion
